Contract for the Provision of Cash Collection Services

Staffordshire County Council requires a cash collection service to collect cash from a variety of establishments with the Staffordshire area. Staffordshire County Councils bank is the Lloyds Banking Group and it is the preferred option that monies collected are deposited at the carriers approved Cash Receipting Facilities as follows:- • Coin – Longford Road, Coventry • Notes – Rowley Drive, Coventry • Cheques - ISPL Milton Keynes The collections required are mainly made from schools and small establishments in Staffordshire. There are a small number of collections made from Childrens Centres within the County also. Large establishments tend to have more regular collections than the smaller primary school type establishments
