The University of Bradford is looking to engage the market through soft market testing period in advance of the formal competition. This prior information notice is to inform economic operators that the University of Bradford intends to commence a procurement exercise to appoint a suitably qualified organisation who is in a position to construct, manage and operate an affordable multi-story car-park provision for students and staff on or adjacent to City Campus in Bradford. The University’s aspiration is either to move the university car parking to the periphery of City Campus or off-site (but, in close proximity). Organisations interested in participating are requested to register their interest via the Delta e-Sourcing portal, where a briefing document has been made available for download. It is intended the market dialogue will be conducted during the period 02 November 2015 to 15 January 2016. The dates and values advertised are subject change as a result of findings borne out of this market testing exercise.
