Children's Centre Early Help Services

Tender description

Children's Centre Early Help Services provide universal and targeted early childhood services; they are a core part of the city's Early Help Delivery Model for children, young people and families. Children's Centres work in partnership with a range of services and agencies to improve the outcomes and life chances of children and their families. We are seeking providers to deliver Children Centre Early Help Services in three areas of the city. In order to bid for this work, organisations must be able to evidence that they have legally agreed access to deliver Children's Centre Early Help Services from one or more of the following named, designated Children's Centres: Fenchurch Children's Centre cluster (including Fenchurch Street, The Octagon and Marvel House Children's Centres) Rainbow Children's Centre Little Stars Children's Centre. These services are being tendered using a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN). Hull City Council reserves the right to accept initial tenders without any further negotiation.
