Brand development and implementation for the Milton Keynes Regeneration Partnership

Tender description

The objective of the procurement is to engage a brand specialist to establish the brand for the new partnership with Milton Keynes Council and the private sector partner, and establish the necessary materials for successful brand implementation. This work should include the following strands: 1. Establishing a detailed understanding of the context of the partnership – opportunities, risks, objectives, audience. 2. Brand definition – the Partnership will be newly established so the provider will need to work with MKC, the private sector partner and key stakeholders to establish the vision, mission, proposition, positioning, personality and values. 3. Stakeholder realisation - education materials for internal change management and communications. 4. Visual identity – covering all cross media and situtational applications.
