Bidder Event - Management and Improvement of the Public Toilet Provision in Torbay DATE: Monday 7th December 2015 10:00 - 13:00 VENUE: Torbay Council, Town Hall, Torquay TQ1 3DR The Authority is undertaking market research into the possible solutions and innovative ideas around the management and improvement of the public toilet provision in Torbay. The aim of this review is to come up with a business case for a proposal that can demonstrate cashable savings to the cost of the current service being provided.
