Appointment of a Contractor to construct a school expansion at Uxendon Manor Primary School

Tender description

The London Borough of Brent wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a two form of entry expansion at Uxendon Manor Primary School, Vista Way, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 0UX. The proposed expansion includes an enabling works contract that requires the construction of a new single storey, four classroom block. The main works consists of demolishing existing buildings on site to make way for construction of new buildings including a new sports hall and two storey, 16 classroom extension. The main works also includes landscaping, internal remodelling and removal of temporary decant accommodation.
