Details may be found in the Service Specifications however includes, A wheelchair assessment and equipment supply and maintenance service, equipment assessment and equipment supply and maintenance service, (including mobility aids, walking frames, commodes etc.) which will incorporate an OT assessment service, physical disability service that provides a range of support including but not exclusively :- Day support provision in the form of a day service, Administration and delivery of the Blue Badge (disabled parking) scheme, Administration and the delivery of the Bexley Travel Card (Freedom Pass) scheme, Support to service users accessing personal budgets (Direct Payments) and self-directed support arrangements, moving and Handling Assessment Service. This exercise covers the re-provision of the above services to be delivered as an integrated service by one selected Provider.
