The aim of this project is to automate data management and reporting process for Troubled Families programme within Herefordshire Council that involve data sets captured from internal and external sources. Automation of data collection and transformation processes will significantly reduce manual efforts to bring data into a central repository, whilst improving data quality. A technology solution will be required to significantly improve business intelligence capability from gathered data on troubled families and to provide detail and accurate reports to key stakeholders for effective decision making.
