Tender description

HCA is appointing an Environmental Consultant to adhere to the requirements of the Put Option (particularly Sct.5) and prepare a remediation scheme which shall include consideration of any ground contamination at our property and produce a recommended and costed course of action to deal with the ground contamination (if any) so that the ground is remediated to a condition which is satisfactory for the immediate subsequent development for purposes within use classes B1, B2 & B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 using traditional construction methods without any further requirement for remediation or environmental reports or work to be carried out.
