Temporary Portable Structures and Amenities for use as Polling Stations

Tender description

The Council has a duty to provide polling stations for all types of elections such as national, local and European. Often elections will be planned well in advanced though sometimes there will be less notice such as in a by-election. The Council requires the provision of up to six temporary portable structures and associated amenities to be used as polling stations as and when required. The locations and further details can be found in the Specification. The contract terms will be for five years. The successful contractor is likely to be an experienced provider who can demonstrate a track record of providing this requirement and can demonstrate robust contingency plans and are competitive in their pricing.
