GWE Business West Ltd, trading as Business West (BW), is a member of the Cavendish Consortium, a group of six of the largest enterprise agencies across England, together with the National Enterprise Network. Its members are amongst the most prominent not-for-profit social enterprises in the country, each with over 30 years’ experience. The Cavendish Consortium has been successful in securing funding from Round 6 of the Regional Growth Fund for a new growth business start-up programme, ‘Start & Grow’. The programme provides pre and post start support to individuals looking to start sustainable businesses which expect to employ people from the early stages and where start-up financing will be required to get the business venture off the ground. It launched recently and will continue until mid 2020. We are looking for a partner who can work with us to develop and implement an evaluation programme that will result in reports for internal and external audiences, including the programme funder The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. We request information from potential suppliers detailing their proposal and costs.
