LINK EXTENSION FOR CARLTON COURT (WF9 2AQ)

Tender description

To supply all labour, materials, plant and temporary works to erect the shell and external envelope to a two storey link extension approximately 193m2 gross internal floor area. The works shall comprise, demolition of a link walkway, alterations the junctions to the two existing buildings, sub structure including underpinning and sheet piling temporary support, steel frame upper floor, roof, structural staircase, external walls, and curtain walling including matching windows and external doors. Temporary works shall include a formation of a temporary road including dropped crossing, implementing a one way traffic management system and adjoining highway with approval of the highways department, road sweeping, all temporary scaffolding, including approval of both temporary and permanent works coordinators. The estimated costs of the works is between £200,000 and £300,000
