Tender description

Supply of Illumina HT-12 microarrays - 600 samples RNA extraction consumables for Batch 3 samples:  x125 Tempus bloods (TACERA Phase I Study)  x500 cell pellets (TACERA Phase I Study) Extraction of mRNA and miRNA using the MAGMax kit from:  x125 Tempus bloods (TACERA Phase I Study) Extraction of mRNA and miRNA using the Qiagen miRNeasy Kit from:  x500 cell pellets (TACERA Phase I Study)  Project Management  All work is to be undertaken to the standards applied for Research Use Only (i.e. non-regulatory  RNA amplification, QC and processing of up to 1800 samples onto Illumina HT-12 gene expression microarrays  Samples will be processed in a maximum of two batches (numbers to be confirmed)  Transfer of raw data to Client via FTP or portable hard drive  Repeat processing will be charged at the same additional rate o RNA amplification, QC and processing of up to 1800 samples onto Illumina HT-12 gene expression microarrays o Samples will be processed in a maximum of two batches (numbers to be confirmed) o Transfer of raw data to Client via FTP or portable hard drive o Project Management o All work is to be undertaken to the standards applied for Research Use Only (i.e. non-regulatory o Repeat processing will be charged at the same additional rate
