Tenders are invited for asbestos removal and remedial works to properties within the borough of Sandwell. The work is unscheduled and of a jobbing nature as we cannot determine the presence of asbestos until the repair is allocated The contract period is for 4 years with an annual budget of £178,000 which cannot be guaranteed.
