Tender description
Royal Greenwich is seeking to award a contract for Insurance and Claims Handling Services for right to buy leasehold insurance and tenant’s content insurance. The Council invites Bids for a contractor to provide Insurance and claims handling services for the following 2 lots (the Services). Lot 1 - Buildings of Leasehold Flats and Mortgaged properties Lot 2 - Tenants Contents Insurance The Contract Period for both lots is for a period of five years although the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to twenty four months making a total possible Contract Period of seven years.
