Tender description

The Havebury Housing Partnership is a housing association responsible for the management, repair and maintenance of almost 6,000 properties located within a thirty mile radius of Bury St Edmunds. We are currently seeking an experienced provider for routine servicing and maintenance of Gas, Oil and Solid Fuel appliances, reactive maintenance and/or planned replacement of specified equipment, providing a twenty-four hour (7 days a week) breakdown and emergency call-out service to Havebury's domestic and non-domestic premises. The Contract is for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 June 2016. The contract may be extended by up to a further 5 years on a year by year basis, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews and to provisions contained within the Contract for earlier termination by mutual agreement with the Supplier.
