Fire Alarm Maintenance - AWARD

Tender description

Coventry University is seeking a contractor who can supply a PPM & Reactive Service support contract for the Fire alarm for buildings in Coventry at the Main Campus (CU), Student Accommodation Buildings and Technology park (CUE) for planned servicing/inspections, day works and reactive maintenance. The contract comprises: Fire detection and alarm system in academic buildings Fire detection and alarm system in commercial buildings Fire detection and alarm systems in domestic buildings 3 No. PA/VA systems Disabled refuge alarms DRAX system and headend with 2 No computers interfacing with all main campus fire alarm systems. Aspirating systems Smoke curtains All other systems connected to the fire system (functional operation only (e.g. smoke extract systems, door release, door hold opens, gas solenoids, lifts). The contract term will be for an initial period of 2 years with a 1 year option subject to yearly satisfactory performance reviews.
