Facilities Management System for Humberside Police and South Yorkshire Police

Humberside Police and South Yorkshire Police are collaborating to procure a Facilities Management (FM) system to promote and enhance the estate management function carried out within both Forces. The system required must provide for and advance a wide variety of functions used in the day-to-day running of what are complex estates, facilitating a policing function. Any system must be robust enough to deal with a variety of estate related disciplines commonly managed by each Force, as part of the daily operation of their respective estates. The disciplines are detailed within the specification document. It is important that any system can provide the specified administrative functionality, as well as being able to record the required technical detail, which will in turn provide the flexibility to allow the system to serve and operate in each Force, in a manner that suits current work protocols.
