Tender description

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to the supply and installation of a mobile Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera system to be installed in a Council owned and maintained vehicle to identify untaxed vehicles on the highway. The initial contract period will be for the instillation and test period of the camera equipment into the vehicles with ongoing software support until there is no further need by the Authority.
