Brief Summary: This underpinning research will provide the Department for Transport with greater insight on the effectiveness of a variety of training courses on offer around Great Britain. The good practice guidance will be made available to bus and coach operators to assist them in the development and delivery of training in the run up to it becoming compulsory in 2018.
