Tender description

Winchester City Council celebrates the role of the voluntary sector in delivering the outcomes of the Winchester District Community Strategy. It seeks to build the capacity, resilience, reach and ambition of the sector, in order to make the most effective contribution to improving the quality of life for everyone in our District. As such, the City Council is seeking tenders for the provision of a voluntary sector support service for a three year period from 1 May 2016. Deadline for bids: Bids from appropriate organisations and individuals should be submitted by noon on Wednesday 10 February 2016, in accordance with the requirements set out in section 3 of this specification.
