Tree Maintenance Services Framework 2016-2020

Tender description

The Royal Parks (TRP) is inviting tenders to set up a framework agreement for Tree Maintenance Services. The framework objectives are to ensure the efficient delivery of tree work and tree management services to the highest possible standards. Services required include ad-hoc and routine tree works operations and a 24-hour emergency call-out service. Services are required across The Royal Parks’ (TRP’s) estate. The TRP estate includes Greenwich Park, St James’s Park, The Green Park (including Victoria Tower Gardens, Canning Green and 10 and 11 Downing Street), Hyde Park (with Grosvenor Square Gardens), Kensington Gardens (with Brompton Cemetery), The Regent’s Park (with Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and Bushy Park (with the Longford River). The estate also includes the associated park infrastructure such as roads, buildings and water bodies. There will be 5 lots under the framework, based upon the geographical proximity and similar service requirements of the parks. A single framework supplier will be appointed to each lot.
