The call off agreement will last for a period of 2 years from the award date. Please show with your submission the percentage mark up on the current UK HP pricing. PHE reserves the right to terminate the call off agreement if there is a significant rise in the mark-up percentage against the UK HP pricing that does not conform with any Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases (see Section 2.8.4 and 2.8.5).
