Provision of Golf PR Consultancy Services in the German Market

TENDER COMPETITION COMPLETE - Contract awarded to the highest scoring Tenderer - GCE - Global Communication Experts, Hanauer Landstraße 184, 60314 Frankfurt, Germany. The Frankfurt office of Tourism Ireland wished to enter into a contract with a Public Relations Agency for Golf Public Relations Consultancy Services in the German market. The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Open Procedure. The focus of the appointed agency will be on the development and delivery of an inspirational and innovative PR plan for Golf in Ireland. It is expected that the agency will bring these projects to life in a highly impactful way for our target audience, in a way that delivers measurable and cost effective results. The Contract Period will be until the end of 2015 with an option to extend for a further two years subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 1st June 2015. Applicants must have:- * knowledge and experience of the German golf market and of effectively targeting this market; * a proven track record in PR and Marketing in the Golf segment in Germany (Golf Media landscape and Golf Travel Trade Industry including Golf club structure and Pros) and a strong, established relationship with them; and * fluency in both English and German [written and spoken] PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TENDER OPPORTUNITY IS BEING SIMULTANEOUSLY ADVERTISED IN THE GERMAN MARKET
