Tender description

Public Health England (PHE) issued this invitation to tender under CCS RM1032 Lot 1 of the for its DBA, Technical and Functional 3rd line support for their Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition financial system requirement. This is to support PHE’s in-house 1st and 2nd line support, who will continue to offer support to end users and liaise with the business to provide a first stop triage of issues that arise This contract is being issued for an initial period of three years with the option, providing both parties are in agreement for a further two twelve month extensions.
