Tender description

London Borough of Newham is undertaking a competition for a Very High Volume Booklet Maker Production Finisher. The evaluation will be price only and based on the whole life cost of the equipment. The Council reserves the right to decide if the contract will be for four, five or seven years after the receipt of tenders, this decision will be based on the total cost of ownership and best value to the Council. Please note that whilst the equipment is required by Newham it will be located in premises within the London Borough of Havering.
