Tender description

This project is to perform micro-array based genotyping of approximately 1800 DNA samples. Lot 1 – Supply DNA Microarray Consumables: Microarrays that provide a genome wide “backbone” for a genome wide association study (GWAS) and exome genotype coverage of 1800 samples. This should not exceed £45,830 (excluding VAT) in value. Lot 2 - Genotyping services from a core laboratory facility – this lab will add the DNA samples to the microarrays and process the arrays to produce the genotyping data that they will then supply us. This should not exceed £17,500 (excluding VAT) in value.
