Tender description

The Council requires the appointed Contractors to Design, Procure, Construct , Commission and Handover a two-storey school block to accommodate the required number of teaching classrooms, WCs, staff and administration space (Approximately 8,400 m² GIA). In addition the works will also include extensive external works, access roads, landscaping works and incoming services.
