Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust requires a service provider to provide funeral director services within the county of Worcestershire. The service provider will be required to provide the following services; carry out welfare and foetus funeral services, transport paediatric cases to Birmingham Women’s Hospital, transport high risk cases and products of conception between Worcestershire hospitals, transport the deceased between Worcestershire mortuaries. The service provider will be required to meet with Worcestershire based families to make arrangements on the service provider’s premises such that families travel time is no more than 40 minutes by car.
