Economic and Market Analysis of the development Sector and the factors influencing development in the four Dublin local authority administrative areas

Tender description

The 4 Dublin Local Authorities (Fingal / Dún Laoghaire-¬Rathdown / South Dublin County Councils and Dublin City Council) wish to undertake a review of their Development Contribution Schemes. The purpose of the review is to inform a a new Development Contribution Scheme for each of the 4 Local Authorities to operate from 01/01/2016 to 31/12/2020. In order to inform the review there is a need for external management /financial & town planning specialists to carry out an Economic and Market Analysis of the Development Sector and the factors influencing development. Dublin City Council will be facilitating the establishment of this framework agreement for one year with an option to extend for a further year on behalf of itself and the 4 Local Authorities listed hereunder who are parties to the framework.. Any contracts entered into will be between each framework purchaser and the chosen framework operator.
