Tender description

Part of Civil Service Resourcing (CSR) role is the management of the Civil Service Fast Stream (FS) and Fast Track (FT), the aim of which is to deliver a talent management programme through the recruitment of graduates and school leavers to join the Civil Service as a talent pipeline. HM Revenue and Customs in conjunction with CSR wish to procure the services of multiple suppliers to assist in the recruitment of candidates from a diverse range of groups who have the potential to pass the Civil Service Fast Stream (FS) and Fast Track (FT) selection processes. The aim is to build sustainable strategic partnerships with the successful Contractors.
