Tender description

Devon County Council has operated its 850kw Biomass Boiler at County Hall for five heating seasons and now seeks tenders from suppliers to deliver wood chip to County Hall to a bulk reception pit at the site. The biomass boiler is operated normally between 1st October and 30th April and requests for the supply of wood chips to be made could fall any time in this period and in the 4 weeks to this and 4 weeks after this. The contract will be for a 24 month period and may be extended for further 24 months at the discretion of Devon County Council.
