Alternatives to Microsoft Products - Consultancy

The Trust operates a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical systems via it’s Informatics Department. The aim of this Procurement is to appoint a consultancy to identify potential savings available by moving to alternatives to Microsoft applications where possible.Currently the basis of non-clinical systems is the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook , with SQL being used for databases and servers. Interested bidders must have demonstrable experience of similar projects, preferably (but not essentially) in a healthcare environment.Interested bidders need to complete a Supplier Capability Questionnaire available via the Trust’s Ariba Procurement Portal. Additionally, bidders should indicate approximate consultancy projects costs within their submitted proposal. The Procurement process is being conducted via the Trust’s Ariba procurement portal.
