Tenders are invited from suitably experienced specialist contractors for the Design & Construction of a Wheeled Sports Facility in Crystal Palace Park, Bromley in accordance with specific parameters relating to scale, dimension and shape as detailed in the tender documents. Evaluation of offers will be carried out by a panel of officers of the Council (and where appropriate other individuals/organisations selected by the Council) to ensure an appropriate breadth of experience and understanding of the issues covered by the tender submission.
