Provision of Service & Maintenance of Fire Alarms

Tender description

City of Dublin Education Training Board wishes to establish a public procurement competition which relates to the Service & maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems. The successful tenderer shall be appointed as the Service and Maintenance Contractor and shall be required to service and maintain the entire Fire Alarm Services in each of the CDETB College and ancillary buildings listed in the Pricing Schedule for a period of one year with an option to extend for a further two twelve month periods commencing in July 2015. The company should have specific competency in the field of Fire Alarm design, installation, testing, commissioning certification. The SMC shall be certified by a certification body that is accredited by a member of the European Cooperation of Accreditation. Throughout the three contract period of the SMC shall carry out the following: Carry out 3 monthly inspections -4 No per year - 12 No in total Replace Parts as required based on agreed tender rates Install new points as required based on agreed tender rates.
