Tender description

Royal Armouries wishes to commission an experienced contractor to undertake a review of its Collections Department. The purposes of the review are to analyse the current strengths and weaknesses of the department, and its position in the museum and its specialist museum sector and produce a written report detailing their recommendations. The review shall be led by the Director General & Master and the report will be used to inform long-term decision making and strategic planning within the department.
