Parking Enforcement Services

Tender description

The Parking Enforcement Services to be provided include enforcing paid parking and other parking restrictions on public roads and in public off-street car parks owned by or in charge of South Dublin County Council (the Contracting Authority), including identifying and ticketing illegally parked vehicles, payment management, corespondence management, appeals services, court enforcement and compliance monitoring. Tenderers shall furnish with their tenders a full description of how they will provide the service by means of a series of method statements in accordance with the Requirements and Specifications as described in this RFT.
