Tender description

The Council and Johnsons Wellfield Quarries Ltd have entered into a lease of land at Thewlis Lane, Huddersfield for the extraction of Blockstone mineral against payment of base rent and royalty. The Council is seeking to appoint a management surveyor to act for the Council as landlord during the term of the lease to monitor the extraction of minerals from the land and the tenant's performance of the tenants covenants with particular reference to the payment of the agreed royalty.
