Tender description
North West Leicestershire District Council requires the services of a suitably competent provider to deliver guidance and support on health & safety issues during key Housing projects.The guidance and support provided will be to contract management teams on projects such as capital improvements, cyclical maintenance and reactive repairs to the Council’s current housing stock of approximately 4,300 homes. The nature of the support will be to ensure the Council fulfils its role and responsibilities under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, or subsequently amended legislation.
