Tender description

NHS England has set out an expectation that CCGs will ‘lead a major expansion in 2015/16 in the offer and delivery of personal health budgets (PHBs) to people, where evidence indicates they could benefit ’. This is in addition to the right that people have had since October 2014 to have a PHB to meet their NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) needs or where a child is receiving continuing healthcare. Camden CCG wishes to undertake an evaluation that considers in detail the impact of offering PHBs for mental health. An outline for this evaluation has been agreed and the CCG is now looking for an experienced and suitably qualified provider to deliver the evaluation.
