Tender description

The Museum of London is undertaking a requirements analysis for management of collections information. The museum currently has more than four different systems for managing collections information and the consultancy will analyse where these interface, as well as where replications of function and data exist. Some of these may be necessary but others may need to be altered or merged into one system. The review will also consider areas of the business that are currently not using collections information but should. The review should analyse not just how the museum carries out its business today but consider the long term future and what trends are emerging in information management.
