Tender description
The provision of at least two resources that would be made available to the Department, under the following arrangement: - one person, the primary resource, to work full time on-site with Department staff, and who will work exclusively for the Department - a second person to be designated as a backup and replacement in the event of the first becoming unavailable (holiday periods or other absences) - The Service Provider will provide an on-call service to provide problem resolution outside of the hours that the primary or alternate candidates are on-site Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays (full 24 x 7), as required
