Tender description

The aim of this review is to determine the reasonable costs of providing the nursing element of care in a registered nursing home. An appropriate and explicit methodology should be proposed such that there is a clear basis for transparently updating it in future. The reasonable costs should allow care homes to provide sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, competent, skilled and experienced persons to provide NHS FNC, as required by Part 6 of the National Health Service Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Boards (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
