Tender description
The overall aim of the project is to collect available information about thermal energy storage products and research and to build up a picture of what we currently know and where the gaps are in the current research. This research will focus on; • Sensible Heat Storage • Latent Heat Storage • Thermochemical Heat Storage Discussion of the potential for these technologies at; • District Heating Level (e.g. Pimlico Thermal Store) • Non-Domestic Installations • Domestic Installations Discussion of these for; • Intraday storage technologies • Inter-seasonal storage technologies
