Tender for Bus Shelter Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Advertising Income Generation for Wokingham Borough Council

Tender description

Wokingham Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to supply, install, maintain (including cleaning and graffiti removal) and advertise (subject to advertising consent) on 24 Bus Shelters that are allocated to this contract. The successful Contractor will be required to apply for all necessary planning permissions and advertising consent. The council is seeking to receive an income in each year of the Contract and will make no payment to the successful Contractor who will be expected to cover all costs and profit from the sale of advertising space. The installation of new Bus Shelters shall be aligned with the removal of Bus Shelters and completed within the first 6 months of the Contract start date. This Contract is being let as an Open Procedure; an OJEU Notice has been posted for this opportunity.
