Residential Conveyancing Services

Tender description

The contracting authority is seeking expressions of interest from providers capable of providing residential conveyancing services to the contracting authority and its customers. The service is demand-led and deals with matters relating to the contracting authority's disposals under statutory and discretionary home ownership schemes, post-sales legal transactions arising from such disposals as well as providing advice on matters raising from these and related matters. This may range from assisting the contracting authority to draft new precedent leases to providing specific advice on individual cases. There are 32 case types detailed in the Specification and ITT documents. The contract to be awarded will be for an initial period of 3 years and may be extended at the sole discretion of the contracting authority for a further period of 2 years (in 12 month increments), giving a total possible contract period of up to 5 years.
