Play Areas Maintenance and Inspections Contract • The Core Function – routine playground inspection and repair (including cleaning and graffiti removal); • The major replacement / repair of equipment, infrastructure and major refurbishment of play areas (subject to the separate agreement and approval of MKC); and • Additional non-routine work (such as other fix it services not in play areas) carried out on behalf of other Council services.
