KMCFRP-002 Broking and Consultancy Services to Kirklees Council and West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service

Tender description

Kirklees Council and West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service invite quotations for the following insurance broking/consultancy services. i) Basic Insurance Broking/Consultancy services for Kirklees Council ii) Basic Insurance Broking/Consultancy services for West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. iii) Provision of and updates to the following: ; Risk Registers for both clients ; Electronic policy documents iv) Regular meetings with insurance staff on latest developments in insurance and risk management etc. v) Provision of specialist risk control/other services. vi) Provision of a triennial statistical/actuarial Report for Kirklees Council. The report is to cover major liability policies, employer's liability, public liability and public liability (highways) along with property and motor. The Council requires the report to include calculations of ultimate losses & IBNR for all insurance years from 1992 to present and an estimate of the provision required to meet 100% of liabilities for the above mentioned risks. In addition, predictions of the above should be provided for a further two years. Quotations are invited for provision of the above services for three years. Subject to satisfactory performance this may be extended on aggregate by up to a further two years.
