Healthy Lifestyle Survey

Wolverhampton City Council, Public Health Department wishes to commission an experienced research organisation to undertake a representative healthy lifestyle survey of the adult population (aged 16 and over) in Wolverhampton The aim of the survey is to provide comprehensive population-wide healthy lifestyle information and establish a baseline. It is anticipated the survey will identify the scale of unhealthy lifestyles and life style risks in the City and, additionally, identify individuals views of what would help and support them improve their lifestyles and make better lifestyle choices. The Public Health Department have developed lifestyle questions which should be used in the lifestyle survey. The outcomes of the survey will inform the delivery of Wolverhampton Public Health Prevention Strategy and healthy lifestyle interventions.
