Tender description

Thurrock Council’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a nurse led Absence Management System (AMS) which is able to accurately record immediate and detailed staff absence information. This system will ensure reports are provided that enable managers and HR to identify trends and patterns of absence and enable a robust review of absence at a corporate, directorate, service team and individual level.
